- salt
- 150 grams cream cheese
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 Baguette
Preparation
1.
For the main dish, peel the asparagus, cut off the ends and boil in salted water for about 18 minutes. Rinse cold and drain. Set the asparagus tips aside for the garnish and cut the rest into pieces. Purée with the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the baguette into slices and brown in the oven. Allow to cool slightly and then spread with the cream of asparagus.
To serve, garnish with the asparagus tips and serve showered with cherry tomato pieces and basil leaves.
