- 300 grams Orzo
- salt
- 2 red paprika
- 3 scallions
- 200 grams soybean
- 400 grams Chicken breasts
- 1 ½ centimeters fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsps soybean oil
- 3 Tbsps Almond slivers
- 2 Tbsps dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- ½ tsp Szechuan pepper
Preparation

Cook the orzo in a pot in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain.

Rinse the red peppers, cut in half, remove seeds and ribs and cut into small cubes. Rinse, trim and cut the scallions on the diagonal into thin rings. Rinse the beans and blanch for 5-7 minutes in boiling salted water, rinse under cold water and drain well. Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into narrow strips.

Peel and finely chop the ginger. In a wok, heat oil and brown the meat. Add the vegetables, orzo, ginger, scallions and almonds and cook for a few minutes. Season to taste with soy sauce, oyster sauce and Szechuan pepper before serving.
