- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 stems Lemongrass
- 2 Coriander
- 1 Tbsp Fish sauce
- 2 Tbsps light soy sauce
- salt

- sweet and spicy Chili sauce (or sweet and sour sauce)
Preparation
1.
Peel garlic, flatten with a knife and chop finely. Squeeze juice from lemon and then cut into fine strips. Wipe coriander root with a paper towel and chop finely.

Mix garlic in a bowl with lemongrass leaves, coriander root, fish sauce and soy sauce and season to taste with salt, pepper and chili sauce. Rinse chicken, pat dry and brush with soy sauce mixture. Let chicken rest for 1 hour and then brush again with soy sauce mixture.

Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F) and bake chicken in a roasting pan for 50 minutes until golden brown. Serve with prepared sauce and rice if desired.
