Preparation

Rinse the apricots and remove the stones. Add the apricots to the blender, and puree with the agave syrup, vanilla seeds, and the lemon juice. Add the soy yogurt and the soy milk, and mix well. if necessary, thin with some cold water. Season to taste and serve.
