- 3 tsps liquid honey
- ¼ tsp Lime zest
- 100 milliliters Whipped cream
- 500 grams fresh Strawberries
- fresh mint (for garnish)
Preparation

Mix the yogurt with the honey and lime zest. Beat the cream until stiff and carefully fold in. Trim the strawberries, rinse, pat dry and cut into quarters. Distribute about half of the berries in glasses, put the yogurt loosely on top and serve garnished with the remaining berries and fresh mint.
