Few, but good ingredients make this dish so healthy: hazelnuts contain valuable unsaturated fatty acids as well as protein, the yoghurt also scores with a lot of protein and also provides bone-strengthening calcium.
Try the dish with pears instead of apples - it tastes even more autumnal.

- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps chopped Hazelnuts
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 300 grams nonfat Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- liquid Sweetener

Preparation steps

Peel apples, core, cut into quarters, then thinly slice. Drizzle with lemon juice. Toast hazelnuts until golden brown and set aside.

Melt butter in a pan and fry the apples. Dust with cinnamon. Pour over yogurt and sprinkle with hazelnuts. Add liquid sweetener as desired.
