- 200 grams Raspberries
- 300 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 100 grams Quark
- 30 grams honey
- Raspberries (for garnish)
- Raspberry leaf (for garnish)
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the raspberries and pat dry. Mix the yogurt, quark and honey. Carefully fold in the raspberries and divide into 4 jars (or dessert glasses).

Place on a plate, garnish with raspberries and raspberry leaves and serve.
