- 4 tsps honey
- Lemon balm (for garnish)
Preparation

Toast oatmeal in a small dry frying pan. Rinse apples, cut into quarters, remove seeds chop and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Mix apples in a bowl with yogurt. Sprinkle with oatmeal and drizzle honey over top. Garnish with some lemon balm leaves and serve.
