Yogurt Smoothie with Strawberries and Melon
Protein from milk and yoghurt ensures long-lasting satiety and brings a good dose of bone-strengthening calcium. Strawberries contain a lot of vitamin C, which is important for the immune system, among other things.
Add another tablespoon of linseed oil to the smoothie - this scores with a good fatty acid composition.
Rinse strawberries and gently pat dry. Cut strawberries into small cubes. Cut the cantaloupe in half, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Reserve a small amount of strawberries and melon for garnish.
Blend yogurt, milk and strawberries into a fine purée. Add the melon and ice and purée into a fine mixture. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with strawberries and melon cubes.
Sweeten to taste with honey.
