- 200 grams Raspberries
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps Raw cane sugar
- 8 sheets mint
- 5 Whole Wheat Butter Cookies
- 8 Tbsps Yogurt (low-fat) (160 grams or approximately 6 oz)
Preparation

Rinse the raspberries and puree with lemon juice and sugar, and press through a sieve. Set 4 teaspoons of the puree aside.

Rinse the mint and shake dry.

Crumble the cookies coarsely, distribute in glasses and cover with the raspberry puree.
4.
Top with 2 tablespoons yogurt and then 1 teaspoon of raspberry puree and serve garnished with 2 mint leaves.
