1 garlic clove
1 bunch Arugula
2 Chorizo
2 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the green cabbage, trim, cut out the stalk and cut the cabbage into strips.

Peel the garlic and chop finely.

Rinse the arugula, shake dry and chop coarsely.

Heat olive oil in a pan and saute the cabbage and garlic, if necessary add a little water. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove the pan from heat and mix in the arugula.

Warm the tortillas briefly in a hot pan from both sides. Spread the cabbage-arugula mixture over the tortillas and put 1 chorizo over each. Roll up the tortillas and serve sliced.
