- 10 light green Savoy cabbage
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 60 grams Pine nuts
- 350 grams Whole wheat rigatoni
- fresh Sage
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 250 milliliters Vegetable broth
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 150 grams Sour cream

Preparation steps
1.
Cut cabbage into 2-3 cm (approximately 1-inch) wide strips, removing thick veins. Rinse leaves. Peel shallots and garlic and chop finely.
2.
Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan and set aside.
3.
Cook rigatoni in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.
4.
Cut sage into strips.
5.
Heat butter in a pan and add onion and garlic. Cook until soft, then pour in the broth, bring to a boil and add the cabbage. Simmer 10 minutes and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the sour cream and sage.
6.
Drain the rigatoni and mix with the sauce and the pine nuts.
