Preparation steps
1.
Cut avocados in half, remove pits and cut avocado halves into slices.

Spread whole-wheat bread with butter, cover with avocado slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Cut watercress with small scissors and place on top of avocado. Serve immediately.
