- 200 grams Chorizo
- 200 grams large white Beans (canned)
- 1 red chili pepper
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation steps
1.
Cut chorizo into small cubes. Rinse the beans in a colander and drain.
2.
Rinse chile, slit lengthwise, remove the seeds and ribs and dice flesh very finely.
3.
Mix the olive oil with lemon juice, chile and parsley, then combine with the chorizo and beans. To serve, divide into bowls.
