- 1 honeydew melon
- 250 grams Prosciutto (thinly sliced)
- 8 fresh Figs
- 1 bunch Watercress
Preparation steps
1.
Halve melon, scoop out seeds and peel. Slice thinly.
2.
Trim, rinse and spin watercress dry.
3.
Halve figs and cook on a hot grill for a few minutes.
4.
Place watercress on a plate. Arrange melon and ham slices decoratively around watercress and top with figs.
