- 7 cups Farfalle
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1.333 cups seedless, red Grape
- 2 smallish Red onions
- 4 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 6 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 bunch Arugula
Preparation steps
1.
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water until al dente, according to the package instructions. Then drain, refresh in cold water and drain well.
2.
Mix the vinegar with the olive oil, sugar, a little salt and pepper. Check the seasoning.
3.
Wash and halve the grapes.
4.
Peel the onions, then halve lengthwise and slice thinly lengthwise.
5.
Wash and sort the rocket, spin dry and tear into smaller pieces if necessary.
6.
Mix the pasta with the grapes, onions, rocket and salad dressing and serve on plates.
