Preparation steps

1.

Toast the hazelnuts in a dry nonstick skillet until golden brown, remove from the pan and set aside.

Melt the butter in the pan.

Peel the banana, halve lengthwise and saute cut-sides down until golden brown, about 4 minutes. Add the sugar, honey and cinnamon and simmer briefly and stir in the lemon and the orange juice. Spoon the bananas with their sauce onto plates and serve garnished with the toasted nuts.
