- 250 grams Celery root
- 1/2 lemons (juiced)
- 200 grams green Grape
- 1 small Radicchio
- 30 grams Walnut
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream

- 2 tsps Maple syrup
Preparation
1.
Peel celery root and slice into thin strips. Drizzle with lemon juice. Halve grapes and remove seeds. Trim radicchio, finely chop, rinse and drain well. Slice walnuts in half. Mix mayonnaise with cream, season with salt and pepper and stir in maple syrup. Mix prepared ingredients with the salad dressing and serve.
