- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)

- 300 grams Celery root
- 1 Apple (tart)
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream (whipped)
- 3 Tbsps Walnut (chopped)
Preparation
1.
Stir together the mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Rinse, pat dry, and peel celery and apples. Halve, remove seeds and core theapples, then thinly slice the celery and apples. Stir into the dressing.

Season the salad again, if desired. Chill in refrigerator and garnish with walnuts. Serve immediately.
