- 4 cups short macaroni
- ⅓ cup ham (sliced)
- ⅔ cup button Mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 scallions
- 1 clove garlic cloves
- ¼ cup cream
- 2 Tbsps Crème fraiche
- 2 Tbsps Parmesan (grated)
- 2 Tbsps white breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbsp Basil (shredded)
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- Nutmeg (freshly grated)

Preparation steps

Cook the macaroni in salted water until very al dente. Refresh in cold water and drain.

Chop the ham.
3.
Clean and thinly slice the mushrooms. Heat the butter and sweat the mushrooms, then add the ham and remove from the heat.

Wash and trim the spring onions and cut into approximately 4 cm lengths. Blanch briefly in boiling, salted water, refresh in cold water and drain.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix with the mushrooms, ham, spring onions, basil, Parmesan, cream and pasta and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put into a baking dish (or two small ovenproof dishes). Spread the creme fraiche on top and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for about 30 minutes.
