Preparation steps

Rinse and trim the vegetables. Thinly slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices. Remove the seeds and membranes from the peppers, and cut into 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) cubes. Peel the onions and cut into wedges. Dice the tofu into 1 cm (approximately 1/2 inch) cubes.

Preheat the grill.

Place the vegetables and tofu on wooden skewers, brush with the olive oil, and cook for 5-8 minutes on the hot grill. Season with salt and pepper, and serve with the sweet and sour chili sauce.
