Nutritional values

The yogurt in this breakfast bowl is packed with satiating protein and calcium, which helps keep teeth and bones strong. The linseed oil also adds heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, which are particularly beneficial for brain development in children.

If you don't have apricots, any sweet fruit like berries or even tropical fruits like pineapples or mangoes taste great in this yogurt bowl.
