Plums stimulate the gastrointestinal tract and help with constipation. Vanilla supports the kidneys in their work and also aids digestion.
If it is not the season for plums: chop 2-3 soft prunes and puree them with water. Instead of Mie noodles you can also use already cooked noodles from the day before.

- 2 ozs Plum
- 1 oz Udon Noodle
- 1 pc Vanilla bean
- ½ cup
- 1 tsp cane sugar

Preparation steps
Rinse plums, wipe dry, halve and pit. Cut into quarters, place in a pot and bring to a boil with 2-3 tablespoons of water. Cook until mashable with a fork, adding a little more water if needed.
Rremove plums from the heat and puree with an immersion blender.
Combine noodles with about 200 ml (approximately 3/4 cup) of boiling water and let soak for 2 minutes. Drain.
Split the vanilla bean lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and add pod and seeds to another pot.
Add milk and sugar to second and cook over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove vanilla pod. Warm drained noodles briefly in the vanilla milk and serve with the plum puree (check temperature before feeding).
