Turkey with Broccoli in Lemon Sauce

- 22 ozs turkey breasts
- 28 ozs Broccoli
- salt
- 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 stalks parsley
- 2 Tbsps sesame oil
- peppers
Rinse turkey breast under cold water, pat dry and cut into strips.
Rinse broccoli, trim, divide into florets and cook for about 5 minutes in boiling, lightly salted water.
Rinse lemon in hot water, pat dry, zest the peel in strips and squeeze out the juice. Peel garlic and chop finely.
Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop finely.
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the turkey strips for 2-3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with the lemon juice and a little water as necessary and add broccoli, lemon zest and garlic. Sauté briefly, add the parsley and serve.
