Preparation steps

1.

Rinse tomatoes, remove stems and cut into cubes. Peel and chop onion. Mix tomatoes, 1 onion and parsley together to make a tomato salad. Season ground turkey with salt and pepper and knead together with bread crumbs and the remaining diced onion. Shape into patties.

Heat butter in a pan and fry burgers for about 5 minutes per side. Slice open the hambuger buns (horizontally) and stack on tuurkey burgers, tomato salad and ketchup. Close bun and serve.
