juice of a Limes
½ tsp ground cilantro
freshly ground peppers
4 Tuna steak (about 200 grams each)
600 grams Tomatoes
2 small, red chili peppers
1 large garlic clove
3 scallions
salt
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

1.

Mix the oil with 1 tablespoon of lime juice and season with the coriander and pepper.

Rinse the tuna, pat dry and mix with the marinade. Leave for about 30 minutes to marinate.

Blanch the tomatoes for a few seconds, rinse cold, peel, quarter, core and dice finely. Rinse the chile peppers, slit lengthwise, remove the seeds and ribs and dice very finely.

Peel and crush the garlic. Trim, rinse and finely shred the scallions.

Mix the tomatoes, the chile peppers, scallions and garlic. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and the remaining lime juice.

4.

Broil the tuna steaks for 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and serve with the tomato salsa.
