4 Tuna steak (each 180 grams)
600 grams crushed Tomatoes (canned)
2 Tbsps olive oil
1 Lime
2 garlic cloves (very finely chopped)
2 Tbsps marjoram (finely chopped)
100 grams green Olives (pitted)
Sea salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Cut lime in half, squeeze juice from half of lime and cut other half into slices.

Mix tomatoes with garlic, olives and marjoram in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 15 minutes.

Rinse tuna, pat dry and place in the baking dish on tomato sauce. Sprinkle with lime juice and olive oil. Cook in the preheated over for 6-8 additional minutes. Serve garnished with lime slices.
