- 2 Tuna steak (about 140 grams each)
- 4 red Beets (about 400 grams)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps Whipped cream
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
Preparation

Boil the beets for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool and then peel and cut into bite-sized cubes.

Rinse the tuna, pat dry and also cut into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper and sear in some oil on all sides. Remove and sauté the ginger and beets in the same pan. Season with salt and pepper, return the tuna to the pan and then transfer to warmed plates.
Serve garnished with a dollop of sour cream.
