- 500 grams Spaghetti
- salt
- 2 carrots
- 2 Tomatoes
- 6 Basil
- 160 grams Tuna (canned, in oil)
- 80 grams black Olives
- 2 Tbsps Caper
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 milliliters dry white wine
- freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

Cook pasta according to package directions in a pot with plenty of salted water. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. In the meantime, peel carrots and finely chop. Rinse tomatoes, remove stalk and cut into cubes. Rinse basil and cut into strips. Drain tuna, olives and capers in a colander. Peel garlic and chop.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry carrot briefly. Add white wine and simmer for about 5 minutes. Add garlic and tomatoes. Add pasta, capers and tuna, mix well, fry briefly and season with salt and pepper. Add basil and stir again. Arrange pasta on plates and serve.
