- 500 grams Tortellini (fresh, such as from the refrigerated section)
- salt
- 5 stalks Sage
- 50 grams butter
- freshly ground pepper
- 50 grams Provolone cheese
Preparation
1.
Cook tortellini in salted water according to the instructions.

Rinse sage, pat dry well and remove leaves. Briefly fry leaves in hot butter. Season with pepper.

Drain pasta. Place in a baking dish. Pour sage butter over it and cover with provolone.
4.
Under the preheated broiler, broil about 5 minutes.
