800 milliliters Vegetable broth
1 pc Parmesan (30 grams)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions and garlic. Cut onions in half and cut into strips. Finely chop garlic.

Blanch tomatoes in hot water, drain, rinse with cold water, peel, cut into quarters, remove core and cut into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan. Cook onions and garlic in the pan over medium heat until soft. Deglaze the pan with broth, add tomatoes and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile grate Parmesan.
