- 1 Tbsp grapeseed oil

Preparation

Core tomatoes, then blanch, rinse, peel, remove seeds and cut flesh into small cubes. Rinse, hull and cut strawberries into small cubes.

To make dressing: Whisk together honey, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste, cayenne pepper, mustard and oil. Mix together tomatoes and strawberries with honey dressing and let marinate. Place metal ring molds on plates and fill with salad. Remove molds and serve.
