- 300 grams Cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 2 Tbsps white balsamic vinegar
- 4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation

Rinse and spin dry the arugula. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into slices. Peel, ha;ve and slice the onion. Arrange the prepared salad ingredients on a plate.
