1 onion
2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
salt

3 Tbsps olive oil
1 pinch sugar
40 grams Goat cheese (freshly grated)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse tomatoes and cut into slices. Rinse spinach, separate leaves, remove coarse stems and shake dry. Peel onion and finely chop.

Distribute spinach and tomatoes on plates.

Mix vinegar with salt and pepper to taste, sugar, diced onion and oil. Pour dressing over the salad. Crumble the goat cheese on top and serve.
