- 400 grams Tomatoes
- 100 grams Blackberry
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 20 grams ginger
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 3 generous pinches Chili powder
- 2 tsps salt
- 250 grams brown sugar
- 250 milliliters Red wine vinegar
Preparation

Rinse the tomatoes and blackberries. Chop the tomatoes. Peel the onion and garlic, and puree in a blender. Peel and finely grate the ginger.

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the onion puree, and sauté briefly stirring constantly. Add the remaining ingredients, and simmer for 60 minutes until thickened and reduced by half. Remove the cinnamon stick, and transfer to the prepared jars. Seal tightly, turn upside down, and cool completely.
