- 2 Tbsps white wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- sugar
- 1 red pepper (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1.333 cups cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- 2 cups Bean sprout
- ½ Lettuce (torn into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 carrots (julienned)
- 1.333 cups Parmesan (cut into bite-sized pieces)
Preparation steps
1.
Mix together the vinegar and the oil and season with salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of sugar.

Mix all the salad ingredients apart from the cheese with the vinaigrette. Stir in the cheese and serve.
