300 grams wide Beans (fresh or frozen)
600 grams Cherry tomatoes
1 white onion
3 Tbsps Corn oil
2 Tbsps Beef broth
1 tsp Mustard
3 Tbsps Vinegar
salt
freshly ground peppers
1 pinch sugar
2 tsps chopped thyme
100 grams Olives

Preparation steps

1.

Blanch (thawed, if using frozen) beans and onion in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain, rinse and drain.

Rinse, trim and halve tomatoes.

3.

Peel onion and cut into small cubes.

4.

Combine the broth with mustard and vinegar and season to taste with salt pepper and sugar. Whisk in the oil.

5.

Mix salad dressing with beans, onion, olives and tomatoes, adjust seasonings to taste, cover and marinate about 30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with thyme.
