- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps Basil (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 300 grams chilled Kefir
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 2 splashes Worcestershire sauce
- 4 Cherry tomatoes
- Basil
- 2 Cocktail skewers

Preparation steps
1.
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water. Peel the skin, remove the seeds, and coarsely chop.
2.
Puree the tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinegar, tomato paste, and kefir in a blender.
3.
Season to taste with salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce.
4.
Pour the smoothie into 2 small glasses. Rinse the cherry tomatoes. Skewer 2 tomatoes and some basil onto a cocktail skewer, place on the glasses, and serve.
