Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top and bottom heat Preheat.

Rinse tomatoes, quarter and season with salt and pepper. Drain mozzarella and cut into cubes, season with pepper and oregano. Rinse basil, shake dry and pluck off leaves.
