Toasted Baguette Slices with Smoked Salmon Cream
Cut baguette into thin slices. Melt butter. Brush baguette slices with butter and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Broil, watching carefully, until baguette slices are browned on both sides. Let cool.
Cut smoked salmon into small cubes and puree with whipped cream, sour cream and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread toasted baguette slices with smoked salmon cream and serve garnished with basil leaves.
