- 80 grams sugar
- 500 grams Mascarpone
- 200 milliliters cold Coffee
- 4 centiliters Brandy (or Marsala or almond liqueur)
- 20 Ladyfinger
- cocoa powder (for dusting)
Preparation

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the sguar until creamy. Stir in the mascarpone. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the cream. Mix the coffee and brandy. Briefly dip half of the ladyfingers in the coffee and line the bottom of a baking dish. Spread half of the cream on top and smooth. Top with a second layer of soaked ladyfingers and spread the remaining cream on top.

Chill for at least 3 hours, preferrably overnight. Sprinkle heavily with cocoa powder and serve.
