- 350 grams Ricotta cheese
- 60 grams freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp Truffle oil
- freshly ground black peppers
- 20 grams fresh black Truffle
Preparation

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well and place in a pan with melted butter while still very hot.

Add the ricotta, parmesan, and truffle .Toss well, Season with salt and pepper. Serve the pasta on a warm plate and garnished with freshly grated truffle.
