Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the basil and shake dry. Set aside a few leaves for garnish. Chop the remaining leaves. Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water until al dente.

2.

Heat the cream with the broth in a large pan and set simmer. Add the cooked noodles, basil, and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Toss and serve on plates. Garnish with the remaining basil.
