- 4 Taco shells
- 250 grams Mozzarella
- 1 onion
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 700 grams Tomatoes
- 1 small, red chili pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 small Iceberg lettuce
- salt (and pepper)
Preparation
1.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the mozzarella into cubes. Mix with the vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper.
Blanch, peel and chop the tomatoes. Peel and crush the garlic.

Rinse the chile pepper, cut in half, remove the seeds and finely chop.
Combine everything and simmer over medium heat to form a thick sauce. Allow to cool.

Trim and rinse the lettuce and cut into fine strips.
Heat the tacos in the oven and serve filled with lettuce, mozzarella and tomato sauce.
