4 Swordfish fillet (each 180 grams)
4 Tbsps Lime juice
4 Tbsps olive oil
300 grams Cherry tomatoes (red and yellow)
1 onion
200 grams Beans
100 grams lamb's lettuce
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 Tbsps Olives
1 Tbsp parsley

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse and halve the cherry tomatoes. Peel onion and cut lengthwise into slices.

Rinse beans, trim and in cook in boiling, heavily salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water and drain.

Rinse mache lettuce, trim and spin dry.

4.

Mix 2 tablespoons lime juice with salt and pepper to taste. Whisk in and 2 tablespoons olive oil and stir in parsley.

5.

Rinse fish, pat dry, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Brush with remaining oil. Grill fish on preheated grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Arrange on plates with the tomatoes, beans, mache lettuce, onion and olives. Drizzle with a little salad dressing and serve.
