400 grams Chicken breasts
3 Tbsps soy sauce
1 Tbsp cornstarch
Bell pepper (1 red, yellow and green)
1 Pineapple
4 Tbsps Chicken broth (instant)
2 Tbsps White vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
100 milliliters Pineapple juice
3 Tbsps vegetable oil (for stir frying)
100 grams soybean sprout

Preparation steps

1.

Cut chicken crosswise into 1/2 cm thin slices, mix with 3 tablespoons soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes. Then coat the chicken with cornstarch and rub into the meat.

Rinse peppers, clean, cut in half, remove seeds, remove ribs and cut into 2.5-3 cm large diamonds. Peel pineapple, quarter lengthwise and remove the core. Cut pulp into 1 cm wide pieces.

Combine broth with vinegar, sugar and pineapple juice until smooth.

Heat oil in wok. Cook meat until golden brown, about 2 minutes, while stirring. Remove chicken. Add peppers and pineapple to wok and cook 4 min. Pour in the sauce and bring up to temperature.

5.

Gently stir in meat and sprouts. Cook an additional 2 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
