- 600 grams Rutabaga
- 400 grams potatoes
- 800 grams Smoked pork chop
- peppers
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 1 l Vegetable broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Tbsp Caraway
- 300 grams Leeks
- 1 bunch Lovage
- salt

Preparation steps
1.
Peel and dice rutabaga and potatoes. Season pork with pepper. Heat oil in a pan and cook meat on all sides for a few minutes. Deglaze pan with broth, bring to a boil and add potatoes, bay leaves and caraway seeds.

Simmer for about 30 minutes on medium heat. Rinse leeks and cut into rings. Add leeks to the pan 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
3.
Cut lovage into thin strips, season stew with salt and pepper. Slice pork and place into bowls together with vegetables and broth. Sprinkle with lovage and serve.
