Ingredients

For serving

¼Mini cucumber
Salt
½ sprigsBasil
¼ ouncespickled red Bell pepper (drained)
½ slicesSmoked turkey breast (about 25 grams)

Kitchen Utensils

1 Cutting board, 1 Small knife, 1 Peeler, 1 Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Paper towel

Directions

Display mode:
1 Rinse cucumber, wipe dry with paper towels and peel.
2 With a peeler, shave cucumber lengthwise into 12-14 very thin slices.
3 Spread cucumber slices on work surface in a single layer and sprinkle with a little salt.
4 Rinse basil, shake dry and pluck leaves. Reserve some leaves for garnish and cut the rest into very thin strips.
5 Cut peppers lengthwise into thin strips. Cut the turkey breast into long, thin strips. Mix both in a bowl with the basil strips.
6 Pat the cucumber slices dry with paper towels.
7 For each roll, arrange 3-4 slices of cucumber lengthwise next to each other, slightly overlapping.
8 Spread the pepper-turkey mixture over cucumbers, dividing evenly, then roll up cucumber into tight cylinders. Garnish with the remaining basil leaves and serve.
