1 large Baguette (such as with olives and herbs)
100 grams Roquefort cheese
200 grams cream cheese
salt
peppers
100 grams dried Tomatoes (in oil)
2 Tbsps black Olives (pitted)
2 Tbsps scallions

Preparation steps

1.

Cut out a lid from the baguettes. Scoop out the bottom halves of each baguette and cut the scooped-out part into slices.

Mash the roquefort cheese with a fork and mix with the cream cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Pat the tomato dry and cut into fine strips. Drain the olives and chop well.

Spread the bottom halves of baguette with the cheese mixture and sprinkle with tomatoes, olives and chives. Place the sccoped-out bread slice over and serve the stuffed baguette with the with the top halves.
