Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, trim and chop strawberries. Halve two large strawberries for garnish and set aside.

2.

Blend the strawberries with sugar, 3/4 of cream, yogurt, orange and lemon juice and Grand Marnier in a blender until smooth.

3.

In dishes, fill with strawberry soup and garnish each with a tablespoon of cream and half a strawberry.
